Chef Brandon Wallace
Chef Brandon Wallace, born in Georgetown South Carolina. Small town off the coast of the Atlantic Ocean! Chef attended Beck middle school , and then on to Georgetown High school! It was there his culinary resume began! Chef took on Culinary Arts as his career center development class and began working after school at Litchfield Country club as a dishwasher at first and grew into a line cook! It was here, chefs hunger for the brutal food service industry grew! He continued his culinary classes at the high school during the day assisting his teacher with occasional catering gigs and by night he jumped right into the restaurant industry! Chef, soon thereafter graduated and went on to Johnson & Wales University to study culinary arts! Upon Graduation he went back home to begin working at some of the most prestigious restaurants and country clubs in Georgetown and Pawleys island SC! After some time chef decided to take his talents up north to further his resume. He landed an executive sous chef position in a well known restaurant in Darien CT named the Goose! After several years there Chef returned back to SC to be closer to family and take his knowledge to a local Country club in Blythewood SC! He was appointed the Executive chef position! He remained there for several years before venturing into beginning his own private chef services and catering business (The Southern Culinarian LLC) to date. Chef has several medals and accolades that have followed him alongside a tremendous career with over 22 plus years of experience! Chefs words of encouragement to the youth, is to never give up and always believe in yourself! With over thousands of catered events and countless hours in the kitchen, he is sure to provide you with an excellent dining experience that is guaranteed to have you booking your next event with the southern Culinarian LLC!
